This is a VERY important survey. Would love to see a drill-down survey to the people who answered this question identifying SPECIFICALLY what they think of when they talk about "controversial" subject matter. It's clear that this is a catch-all word for many different things they find objectionable, and it's helpful to understand what librarians are thinking and facing.
