This is a humorous guide with text that is easy to read and understand, and is sometimes filled with nonsense words. While the puns can be tricky, the meaning of the words and story is clear. Characters from Dahl’s popular works pop up throughout. The art, done in Blake’s traditional illustration style, also keeps up the hilarity and will leave readers laughing or pointing out some of the absurdity.
VERDICT A good guide to Easter fun and treats that readers new and old will enjoy.
