Time for all the classic snow activities, including sledding, making snow angels, and a snowball fight, as well as caroling, decorating, and anticipating. What this board book lacks in the overarching story, it makes up for in Gott’s action-capturing illustrations. There are so many dinosaurs to look at on each page, giving young dinosaur enthusiasts a lot to take in; when they’re not sleeping and dreaming of Christmas presents, they’re in motion. This book will appeal to fans of the duo’s other titles. Potential new fans will savor the dino energy coming off each page.
VERDICT A recommended purchase where “Dino-Sports” titles are popular, as well as where dinosaur or holiday board books are needed.
