They have to move fast, to sip enough nectar, but that’s also the act that pollinates the flowers. The nest for the eggs is tiny, but it will stretch as the eggs hatch and the nestlings grow.
VERDICT A few facts, with delicate digital illustrations that have the look of watercolors, this will engage children in an early ornithology lesson.
