Clarkson’s images are colorful and crowd-pleasing, and the whimsical creations make this entry kid-friendly. There’s a nice balance of healthy food and fun, sweet snacks. There is also a good sprinkling of meals inspired by Latin American and Asian cuisine, including empanadas, sticky salmon rice, and fruity chicken korma. These recipes do require adult supervision and assistance.
